Indeed, a wintery and White Christmas it will be ! Just a little shy of 10 cm. on the slopes today As I hit the runs, I found smooth turns in fresh natural white stuff. A good way to get into Holiday spirits.
Just a few trails remaining to offer all terrain, and the crew working hard to finalize the coverage.
As expected by mid day a few of us had the hill to ourselves… to enjoy the snow and the sun, who’s to complain ? ! ?
For those of you wishing to buy themselves, their loved one(s) new skis, the ski shop offers to test or ride them for a few runs. Note that it is more a « try before you buy », than an overall demo. They offer a wde variety of manufacturers and you can shop away for the crowds.
No waiting, no traffic on the runs, soft fluffy snow, comfortable temperature, gotta love it
Come enjoy it. We don’t get a white Christmas every year.Tomorrow looks wonderful. A little on the cpld side in the morning with minus – 17, but very pleasant in the afternoon, with plenty of sunshine and crawling back in the single digits with minus -9. Santa might stop by to greet, and maybe make a few turns ?
